This Privacy Policy covers the Delaware Agent Training program and its text message reminders, operated by TS Realty Group, LLC (Team Sordelet), managed by David Sordelet, 1400 Peoples Plaza, Suite 110, Newark, DE 19702, for real estate agents who sign up at teamsordelet.com/agent-training-events.
What you'll receive
- Reminders about free training sessions, such as coaching calls, script role play practice, Coffee for Closers masterminds, and live trainings.
- Session times, locations, and dial-in or Zoom details.
- Message frequency varies, usually 1–4 messages per week.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number on our signup form and checking the box that says “Yes, text me reminders before training sessions.” Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of signing up for training.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation message and no more after that. Reply START to rejoin.

Costs and carriers
Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
When you sign up, we collect your name, mobile number, email, brokerage (optional), and the areas you work in. We use this information only to send you the training information and reminders you asked for, and to plan future sessions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We never sell your information.
We use service providers only to store your signup and deliver messages (for example, Google for our signup list and Twilio for text delivery). They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
Your signup is not added to any real estate brokerage's lead system or automated follow-up.
Your choices
To update or delete your information, email david@teamsordelet.com. We'll remove it within 30 days.
