Real

You already know how to sell real estate. The question is what your brokerage does with the money you make.

Real is 85/15 until you cap, then 100% — with no monthly fees, and it pays you on the agents you bring, in cash and in stock.

Headcount tells you where a company has been. Growth tells you where it’s going.

Real grew agents 26% year over year and revenue 30% — and then acquired REMAX. An agent evaluating a move should care more about that direction than about any single number on a page.

About the company

“So what happens to my brand?”

Nothing — and the reason is structural, not reassurance. Real REMAX Group is the parent company. It is not a merged brokerage. Real Broker, LLC continues as a subsidiary running the same platform; REMAX continues as a franchise network with its own brand and independent broker/owners.

Your split, your cap, your revenue share and your equity sit with Real Broker — and Real Broker didn’t change hands. It gained a parent.

“More than 50 years of brand equity is an incredible asset, and we intend to make it even stronger — not disrupt it.”
Tamir Poleg, CEO
