These Terms & Conditions apply to the Delaware Agent Training program and its text message reminders, operated by TS Realty Group, LLC (Team Sordelet), managed by David Sordelet, 1400 Peoples Plaza, Suite 110, Newark, DE 19702. By signing up at teamsordelet.com/agent-training-events, you agree to these terms.

The training program

Delaware Agent Training offers free training sessions for real estate agents from any brokerage, including coaching calls, script role play practice, Coffee for Closers masterminds, live trainings, and a free business plan. Sessions, times, and locations may change. Training content is for educational purposes and is not legal, tax, or financial advice.

SMS Terms

  • Program: Delaware Agent Training reminders from TS Realty Group, LLC (David Sordelet).
  • What you'll receive: reminders about training sessions, including session times, locations, and dial-in or Zoom details. No marketing messages.
  • How you opt in: by entering your mobile number and checking the box “Yes, text me reminders before training sessions” on our signup form. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of signing up or of any purchase.
  • Message frequency: varies, usually 1–4 messages per week.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to rejoin.
  • Help: reply HELP, email david@teamsordelet.com, or call (302) 613-4228.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your information

We collect and use the information you provide as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell your information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
