What is Real’s Leo Pro?
Leo Pro is Real Brokerage’s AI platform for agents, launched October 20, 2026 at Real’s RISE conference in Las Vegas. It runs more than three dozen AI agents inside reZEN that fill out transaction paperwork, build CMAs and listing presentations, create listing videos, and work your CRM, while you approve anything that matters. It costs $19.99 a month, and Real agents can build their own custom AI employees by describing the job in plain English.
I’ve been selling real estate for more than 20 years and have closed over 1,000 transactions. I’ve watched plenty of “game-changing” tech get announced on a conference stage and quietly disappear by spring.
So I went to RISE skeptical. I sat in the general session and the Leo Pro panel, and I watched the live demos. This one is different, and I’m going to tell you exactly why: what it does, what it doesn’t do, and what it costs.

What Leo Pro Actually Does
Real describes Leo Pro as a team of AI agents working in the background. Think of it less like a chatbot and more like an assistant, a transaction coordinator, and a marketing person who never call in sick.
Here’s the work it takes off your plate.
Paperwork, finished
Leo Pro completes the required documents for any transaction type, as long as the forms are in your file. You don’t have to mark up where it should fill. It reviews each form, fills what it can, and asks you specific questions so nothing is left blank.
Then it sends everything out for signature through Real Signature, which is built into the platform. If you’re paying for your own DocuSign or dotloop account right now, that’s a subscription you can drop.
It also pulls the key dates out of an accepted contract, builds the timeline, and keeps the deal on schedule.
Listing appointments in minutes
Got a listing appointment in an hour and nothing prepared? You pick the comps you approve, and Leo Pro builds the CMA and a polished listing presentation in minutes.
It’s wired directly into MLS data and automated valuations, which is the difference between this and pasting comps into a generic chatbot. Real says the platform coordinates more than 30 AI models behind the scenes and picks the right one for each task, so you never have to.
Marketing without a videographer
Once you list, Leo Pro goes to work on marketing:
- Walkthrough videos built from your MLS listing photos, sized for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Drone-style flyovers built from map and satellite imagery, the kind of shot that used to mean booking a drone pilot
- Social posts, print pieces, and a single-property website for each listing
- A Leo-generated QR code for every listing. Buyers scan it from your sign or flyer, land on your property page, and Leo answers their questions and schedules a time for them to connect with you
There’s also an avatar video creator. With one photo and about 15 seconds of your voice, Leo Pro researches the listing, writes the script, adds graphics, clones your voice, and assembles a reel. It can do this in multiple languages. Real credits technology from HeyGen and ElevenLabs behind the video and voice tools.
Here’s what that looks like. The video below is not me on camera. Leo Pro made it with my AI avatar, walking through Leo Pro handling a sample client’s paperwork.

Your CRM, actually worked
Most of us have a database we feel guilty about. Leo Pro connects to your CRM and:
- Texts your buyers new listings that match their search criteria
- Re-engages cold leads you haven’t touched in months
- Flags contacts who look likely to move through Leo Pro AiRM, which matches your contacts against property and ownership data
Your clients can also text HeyLeo, the consumer side of Leo, around the clock on its own dedicated number. You can see every conversation and step in whenever you want.
Build Your Own AI Employees
This is the part I think most agents will underestimate.
Leo Pro AI Builder lets you create your own AI employee by describing the job. No code and no prompt engineering. Each one gets a job description, the tools it needs, and a trigger — a chat command, a schedule, or an event.
For example: “Every Friday, text my past clients a market update for their zip code.” You describe it, test it, adjust it in plain English, and turn it on. What you build stays private to your account unless you choose to share it.
You can also give commands and approvals by voice with Leo Pro Voice, which is handy between appointments. At the panel I attended, Real said users were getting comfortable with the builder in about ten minutes.
What Leo Pro Doesn’t Do
Here’s the honest part, because you’ll want to know before you get excited.
- It doesn’t replace your judgment. It doesn’t know which streets in your town move in a week or how a seller will react to a price conversation. That’s still you.
- It doesn’t act without you. Real says Leo Pro won’t publish anything without your approval, and you can take over any client conversation.
- It isn’t free. Leo Pro is $19.99 a month. Heavier AI work runs on Leo Tokens. Real agents get 20,000 free tokens when they download the app.
- It doesn’t fix a lack of conversations. It gives you time back. What you do with that time is still the business.
Real’s CTO, Pritesh Damani, has said he believes at least 80% of real estate operational work will eventually be automated. Whether or not you buy that number, the direction is clear. The agents who win the next few years will be the ones whose admin runs itself, so they can spend their hours with people.
Who Gets Leo Pro?
Leo Pro is rolling out to Real agents first, ahead of RE/MAX, which Real acquired in 2026. Both now sit under the parent company Real REMAX Group. If you’re curious what that acquisition means for agents, I broke it down in What Real Buying RE/MAX Means for Delaware Agents.
Real has just under 39,000 agents and is licensed to do business in all 50 states, Washington DC, and most of Canada. Leo Pro runs inside reZEN, Real’s transaction platform, alongside Referral Central — a new tool that matches you with Real agents anywhere based on verified production data, location, and specialties, then lets you send and sign the referral agreement in a few clicks.
Real is also running Leo Pro Academy, weekly sessions with live demos and case studies from agents using it.

Want to See It on a Real File?
Leo Pro is the biggest change I’ve seen in how an individual agent can run a business, and it sits on top of a brokerage model that already has no monthly fees and a cap you stop paying after.
The best way to judge it is to watch it work. Book a 30-minute Zoom with me and I’ll show you Leo Pro on a real file, run your numbers on Real’s model, and give you a straight answer on whether it fits your business — even if the answer is no.
