Below is a link to the September market update.  This information is provided by Trend MLS.  Trend MLS is the multiple listing service that is used by real estate professionals in several locations in our area.  For example, All of New Castle and Sussex Counties in Delaware, as well as a very small portion of Kent County Delaware.  Trend is also used by Southern Jersey Real Estate agents and Agents that are located in Philadelphia, Chester and Southern Chester Counties as well as other parts of Pennsylvania.

As the information used is very accurate, it does not account for much of the new construction industry.

It also bunched up all of the areas to pull their statistical research.  This is a good snapshot as to how our market is looking.  If you would like more, specific, information about a certain area, JUST LET US KNOW!
